This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in finance and controlling while developing an understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing and supply chain operations within a global healthcare organization. We are seeking a proactive and reliable Student Worker to support the M&S Europe Finance Business Analysis & Controlling (BA&C) team.
The primary objective of this role is to provide support in daily operational and reporting activities, helping to ensure business continuity while experienced team members are engaged in the implementation of a new IT system. Main responsibilities: Support the execution of recurring BA&C and controlling activities. Assist with the preparation and distribution of regular financial reports and performance dashboards.
Perform data collection, consolidation, validation, and reconciliation activities. Maintain reporting files and databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Support monthly business performance reporting processes. Conduct data quality checks and follow up on identified issues. Provide ad hoc analytical support as requested by team members.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage routine tasks accurately. Good communication skills in French and English. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
