Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Collection Executive to manage and recover outstanding debts from customers in the Vizag region. This role involves direct interaction with customers to negotiate payment plans and ensure timely collection of dues, contributing to the company's financial health.
Job Responsibilities:** * Contact customers in Vizag via phone, email, and in-person visits to collect overdue payments. * Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with customers, adhering to company policies and legal guidelines. * Maintain accurate records of collection activities, customer interactions, and payment statuses in the company's CRM system.

Analyze customer accounts to identify potential payment issues and develop proactive collection strategies. * Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and customer service, to resolve customer disputes and facilitate payment. * Prepare and submit regular reports on collection performance, outstanding balances, and aging of accounts.

Stay updated on relevant collection laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all collection practices. * Escalate complex or unresolvable cases to senior management for further action. * Contribute to achieving collection targets and minimizing bad debt write-offs. Job Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience (1-3 years) in collections, debt recovery, or a similar customer-facing role. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Strong understanding of collection best practices and legal regulations. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy. * Knowledge of the Vizag geographical area and local customer base is an advantage. * Fluency in English and Telugu is preferred.
