Job description

Our partner is looking for a medior Business Analyst, who will be responsible for analysing and optimising business processes, managing requirements, and supporting the delivery of technology and business solutions. The position will work closely with stakeholders from both business and IT, ensuring that solutions are well-defined, documented, and aligned with organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Map, analyse, and document business processes to identify areas for improvement and automation. Evaluate current operations, highlight bottlenecks, and recommend optimisation strategies. Gather, structure, and prioritise business requirements; define both functional and non-functional requirements. Prepare and maintain requirements documentation (e.

g., BRD, FRD), process diagrams, use cases, and user stories. Collaborate with development teams throughout the design, development, and testing phases. Support agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and backlog grooming. Provide input for test scenarios and acceptance criteria; support user acceptance testing and manage defect reporting.

Facilitate communication between business and IT, ensuring all parties are aligned. Prepare status reports, progress updates, and lead presentations or workshops for stakeholders. Support change management activities related to new solutions or process changes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project delivery practices.
