Your role

Coordinate outbound shipments, including scheduling with both Pepsi. Co drivers and third party common carriers. Manage shipments to/from third party warehouses, ensuring timely and accurate communication. Develop and maintain transportation driver schedules to support daily operational needs. Utilize SAP to extract data, analyze operational performance, and communicate key insights.

Collaborate closely with Supply Planners and Plant Operations to effectively plan shipments and navigate daily supply chain challenges. Track backhaul activity and accurately report associated revenue. Work with multiple data sources to extract, organize, and prepare information for safety, operational, and financial reporting.

Monitor, track, and report carrier costs, ensuring accuracy and visibility to support cost management. Completed a degree in a Supply Chain, or similar program considered an asset. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and an ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Proven problem solver and ability to manage competing priorities. Ability to work a flexible off shift schedule: including early mornings, evenings, Capable of working both autonomously and in a team setting Initiative, a positive attitude and the ability to manage through change. Overview

The Transport Coordinator will be based out of our world class manufacturing facility in Delta, BC. This role is a 6-month contract, starting May 1, 2026 until October 31, 2026.
