In this vital role, you’ll connect with individuals and families through outreach and in-reach efforts, providing education and hands-on assistance to enroll them in affordable health coverage options like Covered California, Medi-Cal, Medicare, and CHIP. You’ll also guide clients through enrollment in essential non-health programs such as CalFresh.
