Assistant Roadmaster

As an Assistant Roadmaster, you support the Roadmaster in leading Maintenance of Way teams and ensuring safe, reliable railroad infrastructure. You work outdoors overseeing track maintenance and repairs, promoting safety and productivity. You help build the team through interviewing, hiring, training, and performance coaching, while addressing issues with fairness and professionalism.

You also support collaboration across departments and help drive progress on track and capital projects. This role fits a clear communicator who leads by example and thrives in a dynamic environment.
