School Age Site Administrator-Dover YMCA Family Location

Join the mission to empower youth, foster healthy living and promote strong communities as a School Age Site Administrator for the YMCA of DE Dover branch location. As a member of the Before & After Care Enrichment team under the general direction of the Child Development Director the Administrator is responsible for supervising School Age Site Interns, Assistants and Coordinators in implementing and evaluating the daily operations of the Before & After Care Enrichment Program (BASE).

The Administrator creates and implements development-based programs for children ages 5 to 12 years old. Shift: Monday-Friday (morning) 6:45am-8:45am; (afternoon) 3:00pm-6:00pm
