Jones Valley Fabrication Shop is seeking an experienced and motivated Supervisor (2nd Shift) to join our team in Oneonta, AL. This individual will be responsible for leading production personnel, ensuring production goals and deadlines are achieved, maintaining quality standards, and promoting a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities along with hands-on experience operating fabrication equipment and managing shop workflow.
Must have 5+ years in industrial steel fabrication as either a welder or a fitter.
