Job description
The Robotic Weld Programmer is a hands-on role responsible for supporting safe, efficient, and high-quality production through robotic welding systems. This position works closely with supervisors, engineers, and operators to maintain production flow, troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and ensure weld quality meets company standards.
The role is expected to actively support daily floor operations, production efficiency, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.
