Job description
The Continuous Improvement Specialist will be responsible for implementing and rolling out initiatives across all sites — including AI-powered tools and capabilities — working closely with SVPs, GMs, and site teams to ensure adoption of best practices and sustainable operational improvements. This role gathers feedback directly from offices, drives change management, monitors progress, and empowers sites to take ownership of ongoing improvements.
