Our client is a leading private university in Vietnam. They are seeking an experienced HR Director to lead people strategy, HR operations, and organizational development in a high-standard academic environment.
- Strategic HR Leadership Develop and implement comprehensive human capital strategies aligned with the University’s academic mission and long-term institutional goals. Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on HR policies, talent strategies, and organizational capability development. Lead strategic HR initiatives that transform HR practices to ensure operational excellence and strengthen institutional performance.
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Lead the University’s global talent acquisition strategy to attract world-class faculty, researchers, and professional staff Develop and implement strategic workforce planning, headcount planning aligned with academic expansion and institutional priorities Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including talent pipelines for key academic, administrative and leadership positions, ensure the selection process compliance with the highest ethical standards Strengthen the University’s employer branding to position Vin. University as a globally respected academic institution Build and implement succession plan and talent development for critical positions of the University 3.

Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration across the University Leverage technology and AI to transform HR practices, enhancing efficiency, insights, and employee experience Build HR dashboard and utilize HR analytics and benchmarking to support data-driven decision-making and strategic workforce planning.
Requirements
Master’s degree or higher in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related fields 10+ years of HR leadership experience in high-performance, complex organizations Proven experience in building and scaling HR systems, frameworks, and operating models, strong expertise in talent acquisition, total rewards, and organizational development Demonstrated ability to leverage technology and AI to transform HR practices and employee experience Experience in HR analytics, data-driven decision-making, and workforce planning Experience in multicultural, academic, or knowledge-intensive environments preferred Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
