About the Role
Assists CHO Claims Head on managing overall claims performance and support Roles and Responsibilities: Assists on overall claims performance management and training in order to ensure claims service standard and risk management
- Endorses and arbitrates the claim cases over BU authority, complex appealed cases and special cases within pre-set authority.
- Coordinate with Medical Network/product/IT Dept. on drafting & maintaining standard Claims Rules & Service Procedure
- Assists on monitoring all claims KPIs
- Conducts and develop claims reports,analysis of claims trend and data
- Provides technical training to claims assessors and technical support / training to related staffs.
- Provides technical support during new product development
- Claim data collect for claims analysis, product development, regulatory reporting, and other purposes.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in any discipline of medical doctor will be preferred
- At least 5 years of work experience in the insurance claims domain, and at least 2 years experience of claims system development and product configuration
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Putonghua)
- Familiar with claims risk management, claims portfolio analysis
