Job description
Controller position is responsible for the development of short- and long-term financial strategies in support of the company's strategic mission and goals. Controller oversees all financial functions incl. accounting, budget, credit, insurance, tax, company, land matters and treasury. Controller designs and coordinates a wide variety of accounting and statistical data and reports.
Controller ensures that financial systems and processes are adhered to and there is no misappropriation. Controller develops, builds and maintains financial agreements and strategic alliances with public sector offices, and other partners, incl. banks. Controller is responsible for providing policy guidance and recommendations on key financial issues for all OSII projects and operations to the Management Team.
