Housing Focused Shelter Team Lead (Permanent Part Time)-Solace Shelter

Reporting to the Shelter Manager or The Director of Shelters, the Shelter Team Lead oversees all building operations and shift activities. This position is responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Housing Focused Shelter Workers, ensuring the effective execution of daily operations, and providing person-centered support to guests.
