Job description
This role focuses on optimizing equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency through continuous improvements, automation, and structured preventive maintenance.
Key responsibilities include
leading complex technical troubleshooting, analyzing performance metrics (like OEE, MTBA, and MTTF), and managing spare parts inventory to minimize downtime. Additionally, the position involves mentoring junior staff, driving quality compliance and root-cause CAPA, and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to support line balancing and overall process excellence Requirements Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or a related field, or equivalent education and/or experience.
Ability to demonstrate independent judgment, responsibility, and professionalism in front of program teams. Ability to handle complex engineering assignments. Ability to read schematics and blueprints. Ability to exercise good judgment to resolve problems. Ability to work independently.
