We have partnered with a prestigious real estate investor to appoint an Investment Analyst to its Dublin office. You will work with a highly experienced Director and join a team now actively investing across Europe. Duties: Underwrite/re-underwrite collateral for real estate transactions and monitor portfolio performance Prepare and present portfolio performance reports to management and investors Collaborate with consultants and project teams to monitor schedules, budgets, and business plans Analyse and evaluate draw requests, lease approvals, loan modifications, and borrower requests Assist on special projects, including implementing new technologies to support the platform Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field 1-3 years of experience in real estate investment/development Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
