The Challenge We Pose to You: Capture customer requirement through communication, meeting, presentation and demonstration with customer. Prepare ICT solution design meeting customer’s requirement and internal product and operation capabilities. Design a migration plan, shift customer workloads to public or private platform and ensure execution plan is workable.
Design, configure and support proof of concept platform for customers. Source solutions from external parties with the consideration of internal product and operation capability to provide post-sales support for customized solutions. Team up with internal departments to design the solution and ensure smooth implementation.
Develop financial justification to justify customized solutions. Prepare price and cost calculation for customized solutions. Handle ad hoc projects as assigned What You Bring to Us: Minimum 3 years pre-sales support experience in networking, ICT integration, AI, DevOps and cloud solutions Good Knowledge in SDWAN, networking & security CPE, Internet, Cloud, IDC, systems development life cycle (SDLC) Self-motivated and interested to explore new technologies and solutions University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline Professional qualification (e.
g., Cisco, H3C, Fortinet, VMWare, AWS, Microsoft etc.), experience to drive DevOps & GenAI tools (Deepseek, Qianwen, ChatGPT, Claude) into business case will be an added advantage Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skill Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin Experienced candidate will be considered as Senior Solutions Consultant Our Offer: 5-day work, 14 days annual leave, a competitive remuneration package, comprehensive medical and dental plan, local and regional training and rewarding career opportunities.
