LSF is seeking a talented Support Specialist who wants to make an impact in the lives of others.
The Program Director will provide oversight and coordination of a continuum of care to ensure holistic, culturally competent services for LSF clients. This position acts as a liaison between all relevant stakeholders in the local system of care/service area. This position ensures the effectiveness and quality of services through supportive program management, monitoring, data management, trend analysis and evaluation, training, and technical assistance. This position involves close collaboration with the Regional Program Director to identify trends, opportunities to enhance program services, training needs and implement recommendations for effective quality service delivery.
