Role Summary:Lead and drive end-to-end UX research, derive actionable insights, and influence product and business decisions across complex, cross-functional environments.Key Responsibilities1. Lead Complex UX Projects- Plan, design, and execute end-to-end research initiatives- Derive deep user insights from qualitative and quantitative data- Translate insights into product, UX, and business recommendations- Define research roadmaps aligned with product strategy- Own research across multiple domains (e.
g., automotive, enterprise tools, digital ecosystems)- Handle ambiguity and shape problem statements- Drive discovery and validation phases in product development2. Enable Cross-functional Collaboration- Work closely with design, engineering, product, and business teams- Collaborate with global stakeholders in distributed environments- Mentor junior researchers and guide best practices- Influence product decisions using data-backed narratives- Bridge gaps between user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility- Present insights to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders3.
Strengthen UX & Design Thinking Culture- Champion design thinking across the organization- Build scalable research frameworks, playbooks, and repositories- Contribute to UX maturity and organizational capability building. Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's/Master's degree in UX or Service Design.- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field- Profiles graduated from reputed design institutes only - [ IISc (CPDM); IITs (e.
