Job Title: Barista (Filipino Preferred) Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Barista to join our café team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages, maintain excellent customer service standards, and ensure a clean and organized work environment.

Experience in specialty coffee is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, specialty coffees, teas, and cold beverages. Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment safely and efficiently. Take customer orders accurately and process payments through the POS system. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and seating areas.

Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control and replenishment. Follow company recipes, presentation standards, and food safety procedures. Provide friendly, professional, and welcoming customer service. Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Filipino nationality preferred. Minimum 1–2 years of barista experience in a café, coffee shop, or restaurant. Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and basic latte art. Good English communication skills; basic Arabic is an advantage. Strong customer service and teamwork skills. Ability to work under pressure during busy periods.

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Experience with POS systems and cash handling is preferred.
