Your responsibilities
Management and support of structured customer networks, in physical and virtual environments; Incident resolution in networks under management; Management of: Firewalls F5 WAF (with Bot Defense and DOS Protection), Palo Alto, Fortiga. Te; Load Balancers Fortinet and F5 LT; Switchs Aruba, Cisco and Huawei; Management and support routing core: Cisco ACI; Configure and install various types of networking equipment (Switches, Routers, Access Points, Firewalls, etc.)
; Maintain and configure Ip. Sec and SSL VPN's; Maintain, configure and install Wifi infrastructure; Maintain secure network infrastructure, according to defined standards, as well actively participate in maintaining network security; Perform upgrades, installation of pacthes and other types of security settings in network equipment; Provide 2nd/3rd line support and troubleshooting, in order to solve problems and keep an updated record of these tasks in ITSM platform.
You must have: 1+ years of experience in similar functions; Experience in the Support of Firewall, Lan, WAN, LB’s, SWs, Routers and Wi. Fi solutions; Proven hands-on experience in tasks similar to those required; Outstanding troubleshooting skills with a problem solving mindset, and be able to provide technical leadership to junior members; Ability to read backtraces and isolate potential problem areas at varying levels of depth and complexity; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language (Portuguese); Good knowledge and experience in the ITIL model and ITSM tools.
