Job description
Under the supervision of the Arkansas CARES Program Coordinator and Arkansas CARES Administrator, the Behavioral Instructor is responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, structured, and therapeutic environment for infants and children ages birth through 11 years old who reside with their mothers in the Arkansas CARES Dual Diagnosis Residential Program and are not yet attending daycare or school.
This position supports children's developmental, emotional, behavioral, and social needs while working collaboratively with mothers and the treatment team to strengthen healthy family relationships, parenting skills, and overall recovery outcomes.
