Mandatory Skills ✔️ 3–5 Years of Experience in O2C / Order-to-Cash Process ✔️ Spanish Fluency – Mandatory (Speak, Read & Write) ✔️ Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) & Customer Billing ✔️ Hands-on experience in Invoice Processing & Payment Tracking ✔️ Strong understanding of O2C Lifecycle & Reconciliations ✔️ Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills – VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas & Data Analysis ✔️ Basic knowledge of Accounting Principles ✔️ Strong Communication, Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills ?
Preferred Skills
⭐ Experience with ERP Systems – SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics ⭐ Prior experience in SSC / GCC / Telecom Environment ⭐ Knowledge of Invoice Dispute Resolution & Customer Account Management ? Key Competencies:
