PURPOSE OF THE POSITION Leads an assigned production team to achieve goals and problem solve while demonstrating a commitment to employees safety, teamwork, and product quality. Responsible for product processing, packaging, and storage in compliance with FDA, USDA, and Simmons rules and regulations.
