Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed and motivated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic in Lake Mary, Florida. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop or advance clinical expertise in pelvic health within a supportive, structured, and growth-focused environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient-centered care and interested in expanding into pelvic floor therapy.

Prior pelvic health experience is not required, as full training and mentorship will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal and pelvic floor dysfunction Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Treat conditions including: Pelvic pain Urinary and fecal incontinence Pregnancy and postpartum-related conditions Post-surgical rehabilitation Perform internal and external pelvic floor assessments (training provided if needed) Educate patients on therapeutic exercise, lifestyle modifications, and behavioral strategies Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with clinic standards Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care Requirements Requirements Active Florida Physical Therapist license (DPT or equivalent) Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Experience in orthopedics or outpatient rehabilitation preferred Interest in pelvic health (experience is a plus but not required) Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Benefits What We Offer Structured pelvic health training program (no prior experience required) Paid continuing education and mentorship support Competitive hourly compensation ($45–$65/hour based on experience) Clear clinical growth and specialization pathway Supportive, collaborative outpatient environment Compensation $45/hour – Entry-level (no pelvic experience required) Up to $65/hour – Experienced pelvic health therapists (2–3+ years)
