Job description
Responsible for performing heavy, manual work installing and maintaining County sewer collection network. Clears easements by brush cutting, weed trimming, and using chainsaw to cut trees or limbs. Repairs and cleans sewer lines and systems, mixes concrete, adjusts and repairs manholes. Assists construction crew in all phases of daily operations.
Responsible for maintaining and cleaning tools and equipment. Work is performed under direct to minimal supervision, and contingent on the level of the position. Work is performed outdoors under all types of weather conditions with exposure to the usual hazards associated with outside maintenance and construction work.
