Earn $75,000–$175,000+ annually Busy, high-volume service department with consistent repair work Family-owned dealership with over 100 years of success Modern facility with advanced diagnostic equipment Paid manufacturer training and ongoing professional development Career advancement opportunities Supportive leadership and team-oriented culture Stable, long-term employment with one of Arizona's premier GM dealerships Benefits Medical Insurance 401(k) Paid Vacation Paid GM Training Employee Discounts Opportunities for Career Growth Responsibilities Perform repairs efficiently and accurately according to repair orders and GM factory standards Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, HVAC, and drivetrain systems Utilize GM diagnostic equipment and special service tools Perform warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications Test-drive vehicles and verify repairs Accurately document inspection findings and repair recommendations Communicate with Service Advisors regarding additional repair needs and estimated completion times Maintain productivity while delivering high-quality workmanship Follow all dealership safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines Qualifications Minimum 2 years of GM dealership technician experience required Current GM Certifications preferred ASE Certifications required Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Experience performing warranty and customer-pay repairs Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Schedule Full-Time Monday–Friday 8-hour shifts Occasional Saturdays as business needs require Build Your Career with Coulter Cadillac Buick GMC Join a dealership that has been serving Arizona drivers for more than a century.
