Job Title: Occupational Therapist OT Pay Range: $ 60-72/hour Job Description: School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) | Milton, WA | Full-Time | 2026–2027 School Year Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join us in Milton, Washington for the 2026–2027 school year . Position Highlights Location: Milton, WA Position: School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday School Year: September 2, 2026 – June 17, 2027 Setting: In-person, school-based Caseload: Approximately 30 students Responsibilities Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans aligned with IEP goals Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in educational settings Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and related service providers Support Tier 1 classroom strategies and consult with staff to promote student success Recommend adaptive equipment, accommodations, and assistive technology as appropriate Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration Qualifications Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current Washington State Occupational Therapist license, or willingness to obtain one prior to the start of employment Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills School-based or pediatric experience preferred Professional references are required, as the district will complete reference checks prior to hire Benefits* Competitive compensation Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid sick leave CEU and licensure reimbursement (where applicable) Dedicated recruiter and ongoing support throughout your assignment Therapist-founded and therapist-led company culture *Benefits are available to eligible full-time employees and are subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements.
