• Ongoing Call Schedule: 24-hr call, 7a-7a PATIENT INFORMATION Patient Demographics: Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics Case Mix: Orthopedic Trauma, Joint Replacement, Spinal Surgery, Arthroscopy FACILITY INFORMATION EMR System: Epic REQUIRED PROCEDURES Most required: General surgical and non-surgical orthopedic procedures, Hip/knee replacement, Hip/knee repair or revision & Arthroscopy Others: Hip nailing, treatment of fractures, dislocations, amputations, deformities, and tumors of bones and joints, Total Joint Replacement/Revision or Repair (Hip, Knee, Shoulder), Spinal Surgery (w/o Instrumentation-Lumbar, w/o Instrumentation
• Cervical, w/ Instrumentation-Cervical ,w/ Instrumentation-Thoracic, w/ Instrumentation-Lumbar, w/o Instrumentation-Thoracic), Arthroscopy JOB REQUIREMENTS Board: BC Licenses: Active KY License or IMLC DEA: Active DEA Certification: BLS Experience: Orthopedic Fellowship (preferred) Other Qualifications: Clean record, available for dates listed, COVID vaccination (preferred) Duties & Responsibilities Provide 24-hour emergency orthopedic surgical coverage. Perform orthopedic surgical procedures including hip nailing, fracture treatment, and joint replacements. Manage trauma cases such as dislocations, amputations, and deformities. Conduct arthroscopic surgeries and spinal procedures as needed. Participate in on-call schedule and respond to emergency surgical consultations.
