Highlights of your role: The Food Service Aide is a vital position of the Food & Nutrition Services Department which serves palatable, nourishing, well-balanced diets to meet the daily nutritional and special dietary needs of patients and residents.

Responsibilities

including but not limited to, monitoring and recording proper temperature of food, setting up and maintaining a clean and sanitized serving area, preparing and serving food items, restocking food areas, cleaning and sanitizing equipment in compliance with facility policies and procedures and state and federal laws and regulations.
