Key Responsibilities
Participate in a structured trainee programme with across selected departments Learn and support day‑to‑day operations within assigned business functions Gain practical exposure to Wilmar’s integrated agribusiness value chain Assist in commercial, operational or technical activities as assigned by the department Demonstrate adaptability and initiative when working in fast‑paced and dynamic environments Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across functions and locations Pre-requisites : Bachelor’s degree in any major.
Entry level or with 2 to 3 years’ working experience. Diligent, passionate, has perseverance and thrives under pressure. Other essential attributes sought are good business acumen, maturity, integrity and independence. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness to be seconded overseas is a requirement.
