Job description
The Employment Specialist supports members in obtaining and maintaining meaningful employment by providing job-readiness services, employment coaching, placement assistance, and ongoing workforce support. Working closely with the Employer Partnership Manager, Vocational Electives Specialists, Re-Entry Specialists, other direct service staff, and community partners, this position assists members in overcoming employment barriers, identifying career opportunities, and successfully transitioning into the workforce.
The Employment Specialist promotes recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and member-centered employment services that support long-term stability, self-sufficiency, and successful community reintegration.
