Warehouse & Logistics Manager (Manufacturing)

Develop and manage production plans based on demand forecasts and operational capacity Validate monthly production plans and align schedules with sales requirements Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to ensure optimal stock availability Lead and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch Ensure efficient handling and storage of raw materials, packaging materials, WIP, and finished goods Manage third-party logistics (3PL) providers, ensuring cost efficiency and service performance Lead, coach, and develop planning and warehouse teams to achieve operational targets Plan and manage departmental budgets, manpower, and resources effectively Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field 5–8 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, and warehouse management Strong knowledge of inventory control, demand planning, and warehouse operations (Manufacturing) Familiar with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving operational improvements Good communication and stakeholder management skills Benefits Annual leave: 15 days Competitive remuneration package Opportunities for career growth and development Other benefits will be disclosed during the interview process
