The ideal candidate should have experience handling end-to-end recruitment and consistently delivering quality closures in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of Talent Acquisition experience
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Semiconductor hiring (mandatory)
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Strong sourcing, networking, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to close 5+ joiners per month consistently
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Experience working with reputed organizations preferred
