About the Role

We are looking for an experienced bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring initiatives across Mexico and the United States, primarily for manufacturing and industrial operations. This is a 12-month assignment with the possibility of becoming a permanent position based on performance and business needs.

This role partners closely with hiring managers and leads the full recruitment lifecycle for professional, leadership, and management-level positions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process. Recruit primarily for positions in Mexico, with occasional openings in U.S. Source qualified candidates through platforms such as Indeed, OCC, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channels. Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment guidance.

Present employment offers and support candidates throughout the hiring process. Maintain recruitment activities and candidate information using SAP SuccessFactors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree. Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, from requisition opening through offer presentation and hiring. Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing and industrial positions. Advanced conversational English with the ability to communicate effectively. Strong sourcing skills using platforms such as Indeed, OCC, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools.

Experience partnering directly with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. Experience using SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.

Compensation

& Benefits Competitive salary range of MXN $40,000–$45,000 per month, based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Superior benefits above those required by Mexican labor law.
