• S-WEST Our client, a Global Leader in their sector, is looking for a Junior Accountant to join their team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle daily invoice processing Perform bank and credit card reconciliations Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable Complete PAYE and EMP501 reconciliations Prepare and submit VAT returns Support with weekly and monthly overtime calculations and payroll processing Update and maintain the Fixed Asset Register Keep financial records and documentation well-organized and accurate Assist the Financial Manager with month-end close and preparation of financial reports Provide support with the inventory management system Carry out ad hoc duties as requested by management Skilled in ERP platforms, accounting systems, and Pastel Payroll Strong proficiency in advanced Excel functions Self-driven and quick to grasp new concepts Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders Requirements REQUIRMENTS Degree or Diploma in Accounting 2-3 years Accounting / Bookkeeping experience Benefits BENEFITS International exposure Job stability Skill Development & Growth South Africa’s Leading Finance Talent Channel is live on WhatsApp!
