Junior Graphic Designer - Contract

Our client is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join the Cape Town team on a contract basis. The contract duration will be 12 - 24 months Assist in the creation of marketing and promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, presentations, and advertisements Design digital assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, and online advertising Create and edit graphics, illustrations, infographics, and other visual content Resize, adapt, and update existing artwork for various platforms and campaigns Ensure all design work adheres to company brand guidelines and visual standards Maintain consistency across all marketing and communication materials Assist in managing and updating brand asset libraries Support the marketing and creative teams with day-to-day design requirements Work on multiple design projects while adhering to deadlines Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make revisions where required Prepare artwork files for digital distribution and print production Conduct quality checks to ensure artwork accuracy Assist with sourcing stock images, fonts, and other creative resources Maintain organised design files and project documentation Requirements Grade 12 Diploma, Certificate, or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field 1 - 2 years' experience in a graphic design role Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms Proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe In.
