The Workers' Compensation Specialist is responsible for the administration, coordination, and support of Morning. Star Senior Living's workers' compensation program across all locations. This position serves as a liaison between injured team members, community leadership, medical providers, insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and internal stakeholders to ensure prevention, timely claim reporting, effective case management, regulatory compliance, positive return-to-work outcomes and overall Workers’ Compensation and safety management.
