Quality Director – Arcosa Wind Towers

As the Quality Director, you will set the quality strategy, build organizational capability, and ensure the consistent delivery of safe, compliant, and high-quality products across multiple manufacturing facilities.
This role serves as the primary quality representative and key point of contact for customers. You will lead discussions on quality performance, corrective actions, root cause investigations, and adherence to customer and regulatory specifications.
This position reports to the Director of Engineering & Innovation.
