Fenix Resources Ltd (ASX: FEX) is a fully integrated mining, logistics and port services business operating in Western Australia’s Mid-West. With a current production rate of over 4 million tonnes of iron ore per annum and a clear pathway to 10Mtpa, Fenix is building a long-term, sustainable operation. Fenix is growing at Weld Range following the securing of a 290Mt high-grade iron ore resource, underpinning its move toward 10Mtpa and driving expanded mining and logistics activity across the region.

Location: Geraldton Port Roster: On-Call Hourly Rate: $67.98 per hour + Superannuation Type: Casual We are looking for Front-End Loader Operators to join our Geraldton team on a casual basis.
The role involves operating front-end wheel loaders to handle iron ore and other bulk commodities efficiently and safely. This is a fast-paced production environment where maintaining high volume output is crucial. To succeed in this role, you’ll need previous experience in a similar environment and be comfortable working at a consistent, high production pace.
To be successful in this role you will need to have: Familiarity with shed maintenance, ore stockpile management, and remote site work. Ability to perform under pressure and in varying environmental conditions. Comfortable working at a consistent, high production pace Knowledge of and commitment to complying with Australian Federal Laws and Western Australia state laws and regulations.
Good record-keeping, which is essential for compliance purposes. Ability to carry out routine maintenance to mobile plant, and report faults. Ability to follow strict workplace and safety procedures & have an ongoing commitment to safe work practices. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of people.
Valid and current drivers licence Verification of competency (VOC) for Front-End Wheel Loader (FEL). Relevant VOC’s for other machinery operations. Applicants must hold a current National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement.
