Home Equity Loan Processor

Processes home equity loans and lines of credit. This representative works closely with branches, borrowers, underwriters, and appraisers to facilitate the processing of the loan from initial setup to closing. The Home Equity Loan Processor determines documentation needed for loan approval and obtains and assembles the loan package for underwriting/loan approval.

The Processor is required to know regulatory, credit union policy and underwriting requirements. Obtains information necessary to complete the loan application and supporting documents according to guidelines, policies, and procedures.
