As a Lead Cook, you’ll be part of a passionate team delivering contemporary Japanese cuisine with global inspiration. What You’ll Do Lead and inspire a team of cooks, sharing your passion and expertise Set the pace and tone for a high-performing, efficient kitchen Forecast prep needs and manage sushi station operations Ensure compliance with all state restaurant health codes and regulations What You Bring 2+ years’ experience as a line cook Background in upscale or fine dining Asian cuisine Expert knife skills and ability to work under pressure Experience working across multiple kitchen stations Experience leading a culinary team Familiarity with inventory management and food cost control
