- Oracle People. Soft Technical Role Description We are seeking an experienced People. Soft Admin / Upgrade Specialist with strong expertise in People. Soft HRMS upgrade projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience with People. Tools, People. Soft upgrades, Oracle databases, system administration, and infrastructure support. Essential Skills

- High-level Oracle Database Administration experience
- Experience configuring and supporting operating systems for People. Soft Oracle databases
- Experience with operating system administration across:

- AIX
- Experience resolving application-related vulnerability findings
- Understanding of operating system-related activities, including:
- SFTP Connectivity
- Support for application-specific tasks during OS and Database patching
- Ability to assist application teams with infrastructure requirements Responsibilities
- Perform People. Soft HRMS application and People. Tools upgrades
- Apply maintenance packs, patches, and People. Soft Update Manager (PUM) updates
- Manage and maintain People. Soft environments across development, testing, and production
- Support migration activities between environments
- Administer and support Oracle databases associated with People. Soft applications
- Configure and maintain People. Soft infrastructure and operating system environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and infrastructure issues
- Address security vulnerabilities and support compliance requirements
- Coordinate and support OS and database patching activities
- Provide infrastructure support and guidance to application teams
- Ensure system stability, performance, and adherence to best practices
