Job description
As the CAT Compact Site Manager, you will ensure that stores are efficient, profitable, and customer focused. Managers consistently meet the needs of the unknown customer, construction companies, industrial and commercial customers, and homeowners. As a leader, you are responsible for making decisions about staffing, fleet mix, budgets, equipment rental, and sales.
You will also be responsible for recruiting, coaching and developing the sales team in your Cat Compact site location.
