Business Analyst for Process Transformation (Remote)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst (BA) to bridge the gap between business needs and both technology and non-technology solutions. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical/non-technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, evaluate alternative solutions, exercise independent judgement in assessing business impacts and risks, and develop recommendations that influence operational priorities, process design and technology solutions.

This role is critical in ensuring that business objectives are clearly defined, documented, and translated into functional and technical requirements that enable successful project and product outcomes.
