ALL Family of Companies, located in Independence, is seeking a Recruiter / HR Specialist to support company-wide talent acquisition. This role partners with branch leaders to identify staffing needs, attract and screen qualified candidates, coordinate the hiring process, and facilitate pre-employment and onboarding activities.
The position also maintains recruiting records and supports required employment compliance reporting. Must have a pleasant, outgoing personality and the ability to balance multiple priorities. You will play an important part in building a stronger employer brand for our organization to ensure we attract, hire, and retain the most qualified employees.
This is a full-time, salaried position with comprehensive benefits in a casual office environment.
