Service Project Manager Dallas or Austin, TX | Munters Corporation Join a Global Leader in Climate Solutions Munters is a global leader in energy-efficient climate control solutions for mission-critical environments. We help customers reduce energy use and environmental impact—and we’re growing. We’re looking for a Service Project Manager to lead field service projects, support customers, and drive successful project delivery across HVAC systems.
What You’ll Do Lead service projects from execution through warranty phase Act as the primary customer contact , ensuring a high level of service Manage project schedules, budgets, and profitability Support startup, commissioning, and field troubleshooting Coordinate with engineering, sales, and field teams Handle change orders, subcontractors, and project documentation What You Bring 5+ years managing HVAC or technical projects Strong project management + customer-facing experience Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Solid understanding of project financials (P&L, cost tracking) Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) Why Munters?
