
Job description
In charge of the day to day accounting of Client entities (including bank related transactions accounts receivables and accounts payable), and financial statements preparation. Support and leads the coordination of deliverables with the auditors and of managing the audit requests for all regions and follows up accordingly.
Serves as a liaison with the client service accounting team to ensure billing and collections are complete, timely and accurate. Assisting with oversight of accounts payable and invoice processing. In charge of the daily cash balance analysis. Serve as a backup for the Assistant Controller. Key Leadership Skills and Qualities: Coaching and development skills Set expectations and goals for less experienced team members.
Promote skills like critical thinking and developing an analytical mind. Promote an atmosphere of research and understanding U.S. GAAP requirements. Rigorous attention to detail.
Requirements
Proficiency in Excel, including use of VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and formula-based analysis 3-5 years of relevant experience, including use of Workday Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting CPA/CA Experience working with U.S.-based accounting teams and familiarity with U.S. GAAP Excellent written and spoken English communication skills Experience with multi-entity or global companies is a plus Benefits Competitive salary based on experience and local market rates Paid local holidays and PTO Annual performance-based bonus (discretionary) Access to training and continuing professional development programs
