ACG_3663_JOB Our client, a leading global sportswear company, is looking for a talented candidate to support product development and industrialization activities, including: As a Production Development Industrialization Specialist, you will transform innovative concepts into high-quality, cost-effective, and environmentally responsible sporting goods.

You will ensure that every product can be reproduced consistently and efficiently while meeting rigorous standards for quality, cost, lead time, and environmental performance. Lead the product development in my local production team Lead the industrial partners towards technical excellence Master industrial price while ensure good quality and lead time Improve systematically the value chain of my process Requirements

1. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Garment Production, preferably in the Product Development stage.
2. Passion for Sport: A genuine passion for sports products and understanding of sportswear dynamics
3. Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and suppliers
4. Language Proficiency: Strong proficiency in both Vietnamese and good English communication skills (written and verbal).
5. Location Flexibility: Willingness to work and be based in Hanoi, with frequent travel to factories (at least 2 days a week).
