Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this role drives enterprise transformation across sales, processing, underwriting, and closing to improve efficiency, scalability, and borrower experience.
Responsibilities include
implementing AI-enabled workflows, automation tools, and analytics to enhance cycle times, productivity, and quality. Ideal candidates bring 12+ years of mortgage operations or transformation experience and a proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional change initiatives.
